Elemental Reproductive Healing Arts Project

Aiming to improve patient safety by practicing self advocacy skills in a community-based art setting.

The program

Elemental Reproductive Healing (ERH) Arts Project is a 10 week program which aims to improve patient safety by practicing self advocacy skills in a community-based art setting. ERH seeks to lift the lives and experiences of vulnerable and marginalized groups to center our happiness, autonomy, and joy.

The program runs from September 8 – November 16 and meets once a week. Sessions are hybrid, with a mix of virtual meetings and in-person gatherings at rotating locations throughout Chicago. The venues will be shared in advance. The program concludes with a final performance, with the date and details to be announced.

For creatives

This program welcomes anyone in the Chicagoland area with an interest in the arts (theater, visual arts, music, etc) and who is curious about how art can be a tool for collective healing. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to participate and grow in community.
