Jordyn Scorpio has a passion for lending her voice to difficult and stigmatized topics. She has worked in the domestic violence prevention education space for over a decade.

Originally from New Jersey, Jordyn is proud to now call Chicago home. Jordyn is currently the Director of Community Education with SHALVA, a Chicagoland domestic violence organization offering direct services to survivors and education across the Jewish community in a culturally sensitive manner.

Jordyn has always cared about women’s rights, and after becoming a mother, that commitment deepened, especially around issues related to childbirth and parenting. NDoula’s work to address the Black Maternal Health Crisis in creative and flexible ways that are responsive to community needs speaks to what she has seen be successful throughout her career. She is proud to support the continued growth and impact of this important and unique organization.
